To activate the software license when your computer cannot be connected to the Internet, follow the instructions below. One thing to keep in mind before you proceed to Step 1:
The Verex-ID icon that is mentioned in the instructions got a new design and looks like this:

And here is the icon (old design) covered by a red X:
If your software is not up to date, you might still see the old design of the Verex-ID icon.
Step 1. Look for the round Verex-ID icon in the lower right corner of the screen, as shown on this image. Right-click on it.
Note: The icon might be covered by a red X.
Note: If you do not see the Verex-ID icon, it might be hidden. Click on “Show hidden icons”.
Step 2. When you right-click on the Verex-ID icon, the following menu will pop up. Click on “Activate License”.
Step 3. Your software license number should already be entered in the appropriate field. If it is not, type it in manually. Make sure you enter the license key number correctly - errors such as confusing “8” and “B” or “5” and “S” are common. Once the license key number is entered, proceed to the instructions in the attached PDF guide.
