If the maintenance on your license expired or you need to activate a new key, follow the instructions below.
If you get an error when activating your license, contact us and provide a description of the error along with your software license key.
Step 1. Look for the round Verex-ID icon in the lower right corner, as shown on this image. Right-click on it.
Note: If you do not see the Verex-ID icon, it might be hidden. Click on “Show hidden icons”.
Step 2. When you right-click on the Verex-ID icon, the following window will pop up. Click on “Activate License”.
Step 3. If you just want to renew the maintenance on your license, click on “Activate License”. If you have a new key, type it in and then click on “Activate License”. You need to be connected to the internet for this to work.
